My Allergies Don’t Stop Me is based on my son, Luke. I discovered my son started having allergies before the age of one. Taking care of him and catering to his allergies became a struggle and had its scary moments. It was all a learning process. I had to make sure I had the whole family on board especially because our family continued to grow.

Lukey narrates through our daily life how we, as a family, deal with multiple children and food allergies. He explains the simple steps we have to take to make sure we do not feed him the wrong food or snacks. Lukey cheerfully tells you that there are other alternatives to the food and snacks that he cannot eat. Lukey is very positive and informative, and he doesn’t let his allergies stop him.
